New agents with less than 12 transactions, you must do a split of 75/25 or 80/20. You will get one-on-one training and will get the opportunity to shadow to feel comfortable with handling transactions on your own. Leads will be provided to help you grow your business.
Season agents with more than 12 transactions, you only pay a FLAT transaction fee. Broker and Associate Broker will assist in any way needed. We are a team. My goal is to make sure everyone WINS!!!
All Agents/Associate brokers pay a monthly fee
Monthly fee is due the 1st of each month. It covers both GaMLS, FMLS, E&O. There are no office fees. 75/25 split
New agents can opt for the $125 monthly fee with the 80/20 split
