Hello, my name is Tonia Luster.  I am beyond excited to announce I am on HGTV, The New Season Of House Hunters! I am the Designated Broker and founder of  T. Luster Realty Group/TLR Commercial!  My brokerage is located in North Atlanta which is one of the areas I specialize in as well as, Central Atlanta. But, keep in mind, I don't limit my clients to just these areas. I know my city therefore, I go where you need me to go, whether it's North, South, East or West and anywhere in between.  My background is radio broadcasting so, I am a Radio broadcaster turned Realtor. I have 15 years of experience in the radio industry and over 8 years as a Realtor. Since, I officially entered the Real Estate Industry, I have worked in both Commercial and Residential real estate.  I love working with sellers and buyers so much so, that I became a Certified Luxury Home Specialist and First-time Home Buyer Specialist.   I have negotiated and sold over 75% of my listings above asking price and nearly 95% under listing price for my buyers. I have sold everything from Million dollar custom homes to apartment buildings.  Now I am embarking on a new path as Broker of my own Real Estate Firm!  My goal is to eventually intertwine real estate and broadcasting by working with a company that loves the community, like I do...
